
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form
AGParts makes every effort to provide you with the highest quality products available. If you encounter a problem and need to return your equipment, you will need to obtain an RMA number. This is done by completing an RMA form. Please complete the information on this form accurately to prevent any delays. Once all necessary information is provided we will issue you an RMA number. This number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided. Please be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you return the part(s). Include a print-out of the return e-mail with the RMA number in your shipment for accurate and timely processing.
The following information is AGParts policies:
If the part is defective (DOA), you have ninety (90) days to request an RMA.
If you received the wrong part, you have thirty (30) days to request an RMA .
If you want a replacement part, we will ship it at no charge.
If we do not receive the defective/wrong part within fourteen days of receipt of an RMA number, we will invoice you for the replacement. Products that are found to be non-defective/non-DOA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special orders may not be returned or will be subject to a higher restocking fee.
Please do not use this form to return a core part. If you need to return a core part, please e-mail us at billing@agpartsworldwide.com for return instructions.
If the part becomes defective during the warranty period, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge. We reserve the right to refund, repair or replace the item when it is returned. If the item is not returned within fifteen business days from receipt of your RMA number, the RMA will be cancelled and we will reject the returned part(s).
Damage statement:
If your purchase was damaged during shipment, you must keep the original packaging so we can file a claim. If the original packaging is not kept, your request for an RMA will be denied. You must note "Damaged" as reason for the return when this instance applies.

* RMA Process Requirements:
- Company name or Customer name (end users).
- Name of the person we should contact.
- A phone number of the person to be contacted.
- An e-mail address of the person handling the RMA.
- Indicate if this is a "credit" or "replacement" of the part.
- Invoice number found on the top right hand corner.
- The part number of the item.
- The reason for return.
- Incomplete form filling may cause delay in RMA process.
- Print RMA Number clearly on all mailing labels.
- Customers should hold responsibility for back-and-forth shipping charge covering all out of warranty units.
- Improper packaging may cause delay in RMA process.
We reserve the right to refund, repair or replace the item when it is returned. If the item is not returned within fifteen business days from receipt of your RMA number, the RMA will be cancelled and we will reject the returned part(s).
